Your files stay on your Mac.
The app processes images and creates PDFs locally. Your images, document contents and generated PDFs are not uploaded to our servers.
1. Who we are
Image to PDF is provided by Kudos IT PTY LTD, part of the App I Want ecosystem. This policy covers the Mac app, this website and our support service.
2. Local file processing
The app accesses images you select, processes them locally on your Mac and saves the PDF locally. We do not receive the files you convert, their contents or the generated PDFs. Your files remain subject to your Mac’s permissions, security settings and backups. Files you choose to share afterwards are handled by the services you use to share them.
3. This website
This marketing website does not provide online conversion or accept document uploads. It uses no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. Our hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and access or security logs to deliver and protect the website.
4. Contacting support
If you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject, message and IP address are sent over HTTPS to the App I Want contact service. Your message is stored in its database and forwarded to our support team by email. A temporary security-check token helps prevent spam. Do not send private images, documents, passwords or payment information.
We use support information to respond to your request and prevent abuse. Hosting and email providers process it as needed to deliver those services. We retain correspondence and security records for as long as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for advertising.
5. Apple and other services
Apple manages Mac App Store distribution and purchases under its own terms and privacy policy. Apple may process purchase, download or diagnostic information according to your account and device settings. Other websites linked here also have their own policies.
6. Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to support, subject to applicable obligations. No system is perfectly secure; protect your Mac and keep backups of important files.
