Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Image to PDF Mac app and website, provided by Kudos IT PTY LTD. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Availability and App Store terms

The app is coming soon to the Mac App Store. We will publish the official listing link after approval. Availability, pricing, supported macOS versions and purchase details will be shown in the App Store listing. Apple’s applicable purchase, refund, distribution and licence terms also apply.

3. What the app does

The app converts supported images into PDFs and provides compression controls, with processing performed locally on your Mac. Supported formats depend on the source encoding and macOS. Compression results depend on the images and chosen settings; we do not guarantee a specific file size, reduction percentage, conversion time or suitability for every file.

4. Your files and responsibilities

Only process files you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your source files and generated documents. You are responsible for choosing appropriate settings, granting file permissions, reviewing output and maintaining backups. Compression may reduce detail; keep original files where exact fidelity, authenticity or retention is important.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the app, website or support service for unlawful activity, interfere with their operation or attempt unauthorised access. The app, website design and branding belong to Kudos IT PTY LTD or their respective rights holders. Use does not transfer ownership of those materials. App use is subject to its applicable licence terms.

6. Privacy

Image conversion and PDF generation happen locally. Support messages you submit are sent to our contact service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use, including lost data, reduced image detail or interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and revise the date above. For questions, use our Contact us page.
